1. About PaperXen

PaperXen is a modular B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for institutions, organizations, and businesses. Modules may include but are not limited to:

• Invoices
• Fees Management
• Attendance
• Admissions
• Online Tests
• HRMS

The platform is owned and operated by Handbook Infotech Private Limited (handbooktech.in). All rights are reserved.

2. Eligibility

By using PaperXen, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, authorized to act on behalf of your organization, and that all information provided is accurate.

3. Account Registration & Roles

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities under their accounts.

Organizational administrators are responsible for compliance of all users under their organization.

4. Subscription, Plans & Trials

PaperXen operates on a modular subscription model. Modules may have separate pricing, usage limits, feature restrictions, and trial periods.

Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

5. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful use of the platform
• No malicious uploads or security interference
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts
• No transmission of spam or unauthorized marketing

6. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of data uploaded to PaperXen. We do not sell your data.

We may use data for service-related communications, mandatory notifications, analytics, security, platform improvements, and promotional communications related to PaperXen or Handbook Infotech Private Limited.

Aggregated and anonymized data may be used for statistical and benchmarking purposes.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect data; however, no system can guarantee complete security or uninterrupted availability.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in PaperXen, including software, design, branding, and documentation, belong exclusively to Handbook Infotech Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.

9. Third-Party Services

PaperXen may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, authentication providers, and messaging services. We are not responsible for third-party policies or performance.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be modified, discontinued, or updated at our discretion.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, non-payment, misuse, or legal requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handbook Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Handbook Infotech Private Limited from claims arising out of misuse or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PaperXen constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
